Scope: This standard specifies the principle, reagents and materials, instruments, sampling and preparation of samples, test procedures, result calculation and precision of the gas chromatography determination method of pyridine content in pure pyridine. This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of pyridine in the crude light pyridine extracted from coal tar, residual ammonia water and ammonium sulfate mother liquor, and the pure pyridine obtained by rectification. Measuring range: ≥99.0% pure pyridine products.
