Scope
This standard specifies the rules and methods for evaluating the thermal stress of exposure to cold environments. This standard applies to continuous, intermittent and occasional exposure to indoor and outdoor types of work. Does not apply to specific effects associated with certain meteorological phenomena such as precipitation.
