Scope
This standard specifies a method for determining the chemical composition of high-purity cathode copper using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (hereinafter referred to as ICP-AES). This standard is applicable to the determination of silver, arsenic, bismuth, cadmium, cobalt, chromium, iron, manganese, nickel, phosphorus, lead, antimony, selenium, silicon, tin, tellurium and zinc in high-purity cathode copper.
