Scope

This standard specifies the detection methods for 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons such as naphthalene in food simulants of food contact material wax. This standard is applicable to the determination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons such as water, 3% acetic acid solution, 10% ethanol solution, and naphthalene in olive oil substitute isooctane in food simulants of food contact material wax.
