Scope: This standard specifies the test methods for the energy consumption rate and driving range of electric motorcycles and electric mopeds. This standard applies to electric motorcycles and electric mopeds (see GB/T 24158 for definitions) that use energy storage batteries as the sole power source (hereinafter referred to as "electric motorcycles" unless otherwise specified).
