- This standard specifies the method for the determination of perfluorooctanesulfonyl compounds (PFOS) in fluorine chemical products and consumer products by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. This standard applies to the determination of perfluorooctanesulfonyl compounds (PFOS) in fluorine chemical products and consumer products. Fluorine chemical products include fluorine-containing water-based coatings, foam fire extinguishing materials, detergents, and fabric finishing agents; consumer products specifically refer to non-stick cookware. The method detection limit of this standard is based on perfluorooctane sulfonic acid, the mass fraction of fluorine chemical products is 0.0002%, and that of consumer products is 0.4 μg/㎡.
