Scope
This part of GB/T 2910 specifies the method for the determination of the polyurethane elastic fiber content in the following two-component mixture by the dimethylacetamide method after removing non-fibrous substances. Polyurethane elastane; cotton, viscose, cupro, modal, lyocell, polyamide, polyester, silk and wool. This section does not apply to the simultaneous presence of polyacrylonitrile fibers.
