- This standard establishes the general principles that mobile terminal chips should comply with, and stipulates the security classification methods for mobile terminal chips (mainly including baseband chips and memory chips), the software and hardware in the chips, and the communication between chips and peripheral devices based on this principle. As well as the security technical requirements that chips should meet under different security levels, and stipulates the test methods under the above-mentioned security levels. This standard applies to second generation (including second generation) and above mobile terminal chips.
