Scope

This standard specifies the inter-circuit domain interface (Iu-CS interface) between the wireless network subsystem (RNS) and the core network (CN) and the wireless network subsystem in the 2GHz TD-SCDMA digital cellular mobile communication network and the 2GHz WCDMA digital cellular mobile communication network. Test methods for the packet inter-domain interface (Iu-PS interface) between the system (RNS) and the core network (CN) and the broadcast inter-domain interface (Iu-BC interface) between the radio network subsystem (RNS) and the core network (CN). This standard is suitable for testing the Iu interface part of 2GHz TD-SCDMA and WCDMA wireless network subsystems, and can also be used as a reference for other tests.
