Scope: This standard specifies requirements for the environmentally conscious design of information and communication technology (ICT) and consumer electronics (CE) products for home or business use. This standard applies to household or commercial information and communication technology (ICT) and consumer electronics (CE) terminal products (hereinafter referred to as "products") with a rated voltage effective value not exceeding 1000V, and also applies to components.
