WS 310.2-2009 Central sterile supply department(CSSD) Part II: standard for operating procedure of cleaning, disinfection and sterilization (English Version)
This standard specifies the basic principles and operating procedures for the handling of diagnostic and therapeutic instruments, utensils and items in central sterile supply departments (CSSD) of hospitals at all levels and types, as well as the treatment of infections caused by prions, gas gangrene and sudden unknown causes. Procedures for handling equipment, utensils and items contaminated by disease pathogens. This standard applies to hospital CSSDs and social disinfection and sterilization institutions that provide disinfection and sterilization services to hospitals. For hospitals that have not yet implemented centralized management of disinfection supply work, the disinfection supply work of their operating departments (rooms) should implement this standard. Other medical institutions that have adopted centralized sewage treatment can refer to it.
