Scope

This standard specifies the basic dust-proof requirements and comprehensive dust-proof measures for quartz sand (powder) factories and talc powder factories. This standard is applicable to the dust-proof design, management and supervision of new construction, reconstruction and expansion construction projects, technical transformation and technical improvement projects of quartz sand (powder) factories and talc powder factories. Existing quartz sand (powder) factories and talc powder factories should also follow this standard.
