Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of fresh noodles. This standard applies to fresh noodles with various flavors made from wheat flour as the main raw material, with or without the addition of fruit and vegetable juice, corn flour, buckwheat flour, eggs, etc., and processed through dough kneading, shaping and other processes.
