Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, hygienic requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of Huanglantern Chili Sauce during food production and processing. This standard applies to yellow lantern chili sauce products made from the Hainan specialty yellow lantern chili fruit as the main raw material through preparation, salting, grinding, filling, sealing and other processes.
