Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of frozen seawater fish surimi products. This standard applies to frozen surimi processed from seawater fish such as snake (Saurida elongate), nemipterus virgatus (Nemipterus virgatus), bigeye (Priacanthus macracanthus), etc.
