Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of dioscorea or turmeric dried hydrolyzate. This standard applies to hydrolysates produced from turmeric or dried turmeric as raw materials through processes such as fermentation, acidolysis, washing, dehydration, and baking (sun-drying).
