Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, storage and transportation of frozen seawater fish fillets. This standard applies to frozen fish fillets made from frozen or fresh seawater fish and processed through processes such as head removal, viscera removal, filleting, peeling, deworming, rinsing, and quick freezing.
