Scope

This standard specifies the emission limits for water pollutants in leachate from domestic waste landfills. This standard applies to the leachate discharge management of domestic waste landfills in Shandong Province, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance and post-completion discharge management of leachate treatment stations in domestic waste landfills in Shandong Province; It is not applicable to the disposal sites of industrial solid waste and hazardous materials in Shandong Province.
