This standard stipulates the maximum allowable drainage volume of intensive livestock and poultry farms (areas), the harmlessness of livestock and poultry breeding industry waste residues, the maximum allowable daily average emission concentration of odorous gases, and the maximum allowable daily average emission concentration of water pollutants. This standard applies to the emission management of pollutants from large-scale and intensive livestock and poultry farms and breeding areas in Shandong Province, as well as the environmental impact assessment of construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities, completion acceptance and emission management after production.
