Scope

This standard applies to the wastewater discharge management of textile dyeing and finishing industrial enterprises in Shandong Province, as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, completion acceptance and wastewater discharge management of textile dyeing and finishing industrial construction projects in Shandong Province. This standard does not apply to wastewater generated from processes such as wool scouring, hemp degumming, cocoon cooking, and chemical fiber raw material cooking.
