Scope
This standard stipulates the maximum allowable daily drainage volume per ton of starch processing industry products and the maximum daily allowable water pollutant discharge concentration in the starch processing industry within the jurisdiction of Shandong Province based on the age of production raw materials and products. This standard applies to starch production, starch deep processing (production of modified starch, starch sugar, glucose, oligosaccharides, etc.) and wastewater discharge management of starch production and deep processing joint production enterprises within the jurisdiction of Shandong Province, as well as the starch production and deep processing construction project environment Impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, completion acceptance and post-production wastewater pollution control and management. This standard does not apply to wastewater discharge management from enterprises that use starch as raw material to produce other products.
