- This standard specifies the thin-layer chromatography and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay methods for ochratoxin A (Ochratoxin A, hereinafter referred to as OA). This standard applies to the determination of OA in compound feed and feed grain raw materials. The minimum detection amount of TLC method is 2 n9, and the minimum detection amount of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method is 0.05 n9.
