Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of food additive cake oil. This standard applies to cake oil prepared from glycerol monostearate and propylene glycol as the main ingredients and used as a foaming agent and emulsifier for cakes and breads.
