This standard specifies the sample collection, test preparation, test methods, result judgment and other operating methods in the yolk detection technology for H5 subtype avian influenza immune antibodies in laying poultry. This standard is applicable to the detection of immune antibodies against H5 subtype avian influenza inactivated vaccine in laying poultry using egg yolk.
