- The meat quality inspection content involved in this standard shall be subject to the "Quality Inspection Procedures for Beef and Sheep Slaughter Products" (GB18393-2001). This standard is proposed and administered by the Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce. This standard was drafted by: Hebei Provincial Department of Commerce, Hebei Provincial Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau, Hebei Xinle Halal Meat Co., Ltd., Qinhuangdao Qinglong Youzu Autonomous County Santai Sunshine Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard: Tang Jinjiang, Zhang Xianbin, Zhou Zhongxiao, Lu Junyao, Zhao Hongwei, Bai Limin, Xu Jianghong, Zhang Lichen, Jia Peitao, Ge Yanhua, Lan Chaoqing, Ren Ting, Yang Liwei, Chen Donglai, Li Jianqiu, Yin Bian, Chen Jiangang, Liu Ynzhan, Han Fusheng, Meng Xiangyan, Lu Wenbin, Jiao Zhiyong, Wang Jingxue, Yang Guangxi. This standard specifies the terms and definitions, pre-slaughter requirements, slaughtering operating procedures and requirements for sheep slaughter. This standard applies to sheep slaughtering in designated slaughterhouses in Hebei Province.
