- The seedling quality grading and testing provisions of this standard are mandatory; the seedling density, yield, seedling starting, packaging, transportation and storage provisions are recommended. This standard was proposed by the Hebei Provincial Forestry Bureau. This standard was drafted by: Hebei Academy of Forestry Sciences, Hebei Forest Seedling Management Station. The main drafters of this standard: Zhang Hongjing, Yang Junming, Wang Yinxiao, Li Xiuwen, Gu Xinqing, You Jianmin, Yuan Deshui, Liu Jinwu. This standard specifies the grading requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and technical points for seedling raising, packaging, transportation and storage of Pinus sylvestris seedlings. This standard applies to bare root seedlings of Pinus sylvestris grown in the open field.
