Scope
Dry-fed agricultural engineering involves many aspects such as agricultural machinery and agronomy, engineering and management. In order to ensure the systematic and scientific nature of the comprehensive standards for dry-fed agricultural engineering construction, the standard system consists of four parts and 15 standards. The first part has 1 standard "General Principles of Dry-fed Agricultural Engineering Construction", the second part has 1 standard "Dry-fed Agricultural Zoning and Main Technologies", and the third part has 12 standards for the Top Ten Dry-fed Agricultural Technologies - Supporting Technical Regulations , the fourth part has a standard "Management of Dry Farming Agricultural Engineering Construction". This standard is Item 7 of Part 3 of the Comprehensive Standard: DB13/T 398.7-1999 Technical Regulations for Dryland Film-covered Cultivation. This standard is proposed and administered by the Hebei Provincial Department of Agriculture. The units responsible for drafting this standard are: Agriculture Department and Science and Education Department of Hebei Provincial Department of Agriculture. The main drafters of this standard: Li Lianxi, Zhang Huimin, Wang Yingjun, Wei Ruimin, Wang Xiuzhen. This standard has been issued and implemented since April 1, 1999. This regulation stipulates the basic conditions, sowing, mulching, field management and other agronomic technical requirements for dryland crops to be cultivated with film mulching. This standard applies to dryland spring peanuts, spring corn, spring sown cotton, spring sweet potatoes, potatoes, spring wheat, and winter wheat mulching film covering cultivation.
