Scope
Dry-fed agricultural engineering involves many aspects such as agricultural machinery and agronomy, engineering and management. In order to ensure the systematic and scientific nature of the comprehensive standards for dry-fed agricultural engineering construction, the standard system consists of four parts and 15 standards. The first part has 1 standard "General Principles of Dry-fed Agricultural Engineering Construction", the second part has 1 standard "Dry-fed Agricultural Zoning and Main Technologies", and the third part has 12 standards for the Top Ten Dry-fed Agricultural Technologies - Supporting Technical Regulations , the fourth part has a standard "Management of Dry Farming Agricultural Project Construction". This standard is item 11 of the third part of the comprehensive standard: DB13/T 398. 11-1999 Technical Regulations for Returning Straw to Dry Land. This standard is proposed and administered by the Hebei Provincial Department of Agriculture. The units responsible for drafting this standard are: Agriculture Department and Science and Education Department of Hebei Provincial Department of Agriculture. The main drafters of this standard: Wang Jianpeng, Qin Xinmin, Wang Yingjun, Wei Ruimin, Gao Zengrong. This standard has been published and implemented since April 1, 1999. This standard stipulates the method, time, crushing degree, plowing depth, soil moisture, quantity of returning wheat and corn straw to the field, etc. This standard is applicable to straw returning operations in different dry farming areas.
