Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for the food additive sodium monocalcium stearyl phthalate. Test methods, inspection rules and requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to the food additive sodium monocalcium stearyl phthalate (hereinafter represented by SSL-CSL) prepared from food-grade lactic acid, stearic acid and inorganic salts.
