Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of zinc lactate (hereinafter referred to as zinc lactate) added to food. This standard applies to zinc lactate synthesized from graded zinc and poultry-grade lactic acid, which is mainly used for nutritional enhancement of food products.
