This standard was proposed by the Hebei Provincial Department of Chemical Industry. This standard is drafted by Shijiazhuang Brothers Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. The main drafter of this standard: Zhao Linsen and Zhao Linsong. This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the food additive HDZ compound stabilizer. This standard applies to the food additive HDZ compound stabilizer (hereinafter referred to as the stabilizer) which is refined from xanthan gum, glyceryl monostearate, sucrose fatty acid esters, etc. through reasonable compatibility.
