This part is Part 3 of DB13/T 542-2004. This part was proposed by the People's Government of Fengrun District, Tangshan City. This part was jointly drafted by the Fengrun District Branch of the Tangshan Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau and the Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Bureau of Fengrun District, Tangshan City. The main drafters of this section: Wang Lijiang, Zhang Hanyu, Zhang Youqi, Guo Rui, Meng Xiangrui.
