Scope
This standard specifies the spectrophotometric method for the determination of the harmful substance free gossypol in cottonseed cake soy sauce. This standard applies to the determination of residual free salt in soy sauce made from cottonseed cake and soy sauce mixed with cottonseed cake and bean cake. The minimum detectable amount is 2ug. When the sampling volume is 1ml or 1g, the minimum detection concentration is 2PPM, and the linear range is 1-50ug.
