Scope
This standard is formulated based on the determination principle of rutin in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China and combined with the characteristics of food. This standard is proposed by Hengshui Municipal Technical Supervision Bureau. This standard was drafted by: Hengshui City Health and Epidemic Prevention Station, Hebei University Biotechnology Research Center. The main drafters of this standard: Zhang Yongshun, Pei Shidi, Zhang Ruiying, Chen Yanqing, Tian Zhimei, Ge Junguo, Chen Guiru, Zhang Juan, Hui Yanjing. This standard specifies the method for the determination of total flavonoids (rutin) in food using aluminum salt chelation chromogenic method. This standard is applicable to the determination of total flavonoids (rutin) in food. The minimum detection amount is 0.1 mg.
