Scope

This standard is formulated in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of the "Atmospheric Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China". This standard is proposed by the Hebei Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau. This standard was drafted by: Hebei Provincial Environmental Supervision Station, Handan City Environmental Protection Bureau. Drafters of this standard: Zhang Zhimin, Meng Xianzhong, Zhao Baoqian, Li Ruoling, Zhou Jianping, Zhang Huijuan, Zhao Lianqiao, Hu Jinsen, Cao Peifeng, Li Jiye. This standard specifies the requirements and monitoring of carbon monoxide emissions from stationary pollution sources. This standard applies to the carbon monoxide emission management of all enterprises, institutions and other fixed pollution sources in the province.
