- This standard stipulates the safety technical prevention risk levels, protection levels, system requirements and safeguard measures for each place and location in colleges and universities and their affiliated units (hereinafter referred to as colleges and universities). This standard applies to all types of colleges and universities within the administrative region of Beijing. It is the basic basis for the design, construction and management of safety technology prevention projects in colleges and universities.
