Scope

This standard specifies the standard limits for exhaust pollutants after cold start for M1, N1 and M2 vehicles with a maximum total mass not exceeding 3.5 tons. This standard applies to cars, buses and trucks equipped with ignition-type four-stroke engines and compression-ignition engines with a maximum design speed equal to or greater than 50km/h.
