- This standard stipulates the safety risk levels, technical prevention and protection levels, system requirements and safeguard measures of health administrative departments at all levels and various medical and health institutions and their affiliated units (referred to as medical and health institutions) within the administrative region of Beijing. This standard serves as the basic basis for the design, construction and management of safety technical prevention projects in the above-mentioned medical and health institutions. Scientific research and educational units and private, wholly-owned, and joint venture medical and health institutions involved in medical and health work may refer to and implement this. If the places and parts involved in the classification of risk levels in this standard have corresponding national or industry standards for safety precautions, they shall be implemented in accordance with the corresponding national standards or industry standards.
