In order to implement the national energy-saving policy and Beijing DBJ 01-602-2004 "Energy-saving Design Standard for Residential Buildings" and DBJ 01-21-2005 "Energy-saving Design Standard for Public Buildings", unify construction practices and ensure construction quality, these regulations are formulated. This regulation is applicable to exterior wall insulation projects of residential buildings and public buildings that use rubber powder polystyrene particle composite exterior wall exterior insulation systems. The building height generally does not exceed loom. The exterior wall facing layer can be painted or faced with bricks.
