Scope: This standard specifies the geometric accuracy, working accuracy, numerical control axis positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy inspection and corresponding tolerances of heavy-duty horizontal lathes for general purposes and ordinary precision. This standard applies to ordinary and CNC heavy-duty horizontal lathes with a maximum turning diameter of 1000 mm to 5000 mm on the bed and a maximum workpiece mass between centers greater than or equal to 10 tons.
