- This part of GB/T 23568 specifies the general requirements for failure judgment criteria, sampling principles, test methods, data processing, and result evaluation of machine tool functional components during reliability evaluation. This part applies to machine tool functional components such as ball screw pairs, rolling linear guide rail pairs, mechanical spindle units, electric spindles, tool magazines and automatic tool exchange devices, CNC turret tool holders, CNC turntables, chip removal devices, and protective devices (hereinafter Functional components for short) Product reliability assessment. For various functional component products, the corresponding reliability evaluation methods and requirements can be supplemented according to the principles of this part. Other functional component products can be implemented by reference.
