- This part of GB/T 23561 specifies the terms and definitions, instruments and equipment, test procedures and data calculation involved in the determination of coal and rock moisture content. This section applies to the determination of coal and rock moisture content. This section uses the drying method to test the water content of coal and rocks, and is applicable to rocks whose minerals do not contain crystal water and contain crystal water.
