Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for raw materials and auxiliary materials for seafood catering processing operations, as well as requirements for processing and business premises, processing process management, and sanitation management. This standard is applicable to the seafood catering processing operations of large and medium-sized catering enterprises, collective canteens or collective meal distribution units. Other catering enterprises that process seafood can follow the implementation.
