This standard specifies the method for the determination of benzoic acid, sorbic acid and sodium saccharin in food by high performance liquid chromatography. This standard applies to the determination of benzoic acid, sorbic acid and sodium saccharin in food. Detection limit of this standard: for solid food, the detection limits of benzoic acid, sorbic acid and sodium saccharin are 1.8mg/kg, 1.2mg/kg and 3.0mg/kg respectively.
