Scope

This part of GB/T 21944 specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of reverse-side sintered silicon carbide special-shaped beams. This section applies to reaction sintered silicon carbide special-shaped beams with a working temperature not higher than 1350 °C.
