Scope: This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of organic-inorganic compound fertilizers. This standard applies to organic-inorganic compound fertilizers made by adding inorganic fertilizers to organic materials such as human, livestock and poultry manure, animal and plant residues, and agricultural product processing waste after fermentation and harmless treatment. This standard does not apply to organic-inorganic compound fertilizers added with humic acid.
