Scope
This part of GB/T 14208 specifies the determination of the bending strength of roving-reinforced resin rods of circular cross-section (hereinafter referred to as rods). The sample is the original rod (untreated) or the rod treated in boiling water (or other medium) for a certain period of time. This part applies to the inspection and quality control of glass fiber rovings, and the evaluation of the compatibility between glass fiber rovings and resin systems. Test results cannot be used as design data.
