Scope
This part of GB/T 23364 specifies the determination method for aluminum, iron, copper, zinc, cadmium, lead and thallium in high-purity indium oxide. This section applies to the determination of aluminum, iron, copper, zinc, cadmium, lead and thallium in high-purity indium oxide. The measurement range (mass fraction) is 0.00005% to 0.0040% for aluminum, zinc and lead, and 0.00002% to 0.0040% for copper, cadmium and thallium.
