This standard specifies the method for the determination of zearalenone content in food by immunoaffinity chromatography purification high performance liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the determination of zearalenone content in grain and grain products, wine, soy sauce, vinegar, sauce and sauce products. The method detection limit of this standard: the detection limit of grain and food products is 20 μg/kg, the detection limit of wine is 20 μg/kg, the detection limit of soy sauce, vinegar, sauce and sauce products is 50 μg/kg kg.
