This standard specifies the method for the determination of deoxynivalenol content in food by immunoaffinity chromatography purification and high performance liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the determination of deoxynivalenol content in grain and grain products, wine, soy sauce, vinegar, sauce and sauce products. The method detection limit of this standard: the detection limit of grain and food products is 0.5 mg/kg, the detection limit of wine is 0.1 mg/kg, the detection limit of soy sauce, vinegar, sauce and sauce products is 0.1 mg/kg kg.
